Order Cancellation Rights

 A customer is entitled to cancel his/her Order within 12 hours post from the time of placing the order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you can inform us your cancellation reason through our website or provided email.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will be not charged any money if the cancellation is done within the time mentioned above.

• The Goods are in the original packaging

Only regular priced Goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale and special category items cannot be refunded.
